Lailat Mubarak Azim

Lailat-ul-Qadr is the unique night in which the Holy Quran was revealed, which changed the destiny of humanity. In that night, a book was revealed that gave mankind the knowledge of its own identity and the knowledge of its creator.

Angels descend from heaven on this night to meet with perfect human beings and receive light from the light of their deeds and be deafened by the delight of the passion of love for their beloved and God that is stirring in their breasts.

It was narrated from Hazrat Anas that the meaning of the Prophet’s saying is: On Lailatul-Qadr, Gabriel descends with a host of angels and this group of angels prays for forgiveness and pleads for mercy for every servant who stands or He engages in the remembrance of Allah while sitting.

The night of Qadr is called by the following names: Lailatul Qadr and Lailat al-Mubarakah. Value means greatness and honor. In Surah Qadr, Almighty says:

” No doubt! We sent down this Qur’an (from the safe tablet to the heaven of the world) on the night of Qadr and you know something about the night of Qadr. Lailatul-Qadr (worship and good deeds) is better than a thousand months (of constant worship and good deeds). (i.e. more than that). Angels and the Holy Spirit descend in this night by the order of their Lord for every good thing. It is a night of peace and security and this state of peace and prosperity lasts until dawn.”

Hazrat Abu Dhar was asked about this night, and he said: Hazrat Umar, Hazrat Huzaifa, and many of the Companions had no doubt that it was the twenty-seventh night of Ramadan.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Look for it in the last ten nights of Ramadan. (Bukhari) Prophet Muhammad ï·º meant odd nights. It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakr that nine days remain or seven days or five days or three days or the last night. The meaning was to find Lailatul-Qadr in these dates. (Tirmidhi, feminine)

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: Look for the night of Qadr in the odd night of the last ten nights of Ramadan. (Bukhari, Muslim, Ahmad, Tirmidhi)

Hazrat Ayesha and Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar also had a tradition that the Holy Prophet ï·º performed itikaf during the last ten nights of Ramadan. The meaning of the blessed hadith is: “He who is deprived of the night of Qadr is as if he is deprived of all good things, and he is deprived of the good of the night of Qadr who is completely deprived” (Ibn Majah).

The ages of the first nations were long and they had the privilege of long worship. Later, the age of the people of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) reached 70, 80 years at the most, then Allah Almighty granted them the Night of Qadr and made the worship of one night of Qadr greater than the worship of a thousand months. It is in the Hadith Sharif: “Whoever stood up for worship on Lailatul-Qadr with faith and with the intention of reward, all his previous sins will be forgiven.” (Bukhari and Muslim)

Imam al-Ghazali states in Makashifa al-Qulub that it was narrated from Hazrat Anas that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “When Laylatul-Qadr comes, Hazrat Jibreel (a.s.) descends on the earth with a group of angels and remembers standing or sitting. Allah prays for the doer and greets him.

In Lailat-ul-Qadr, more angels descend on the earth than pebbles. Even so, the gates of heaven are opened for them to descend.

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) narrates that the Prophet (PBUH) said, Meaning: When the Night of Qadr comes, Almighty God commands Hazrat Gabriel (AS) to take the seventy thousand angels who live on Sidra with him and come down to earth. Angels have flags of light. Then when these angels come down to earth, Hazrat Gabriel and all the angels put their flags in four places. Near the Holy Kaaba, near the Holy Shrine, near the Bait al-Maqdis Mosque and near the Sinai Mosque. Then Gabriel orders the angels to spread throughout the world.

Immediately the angels spread throughout the world of Islam and there is no neighborhood, room or boat in which there are believing men and believing women that the angels have not gone there, yes, in the house where there is a dog or a pig or wine or an impure person or an image, there do not go The angels continue to glorify and glorify Allah and recite La ilaha ila Allah and seek forgiveness for the Muhammadan Ummah. When Sadiq begins to vomit in the morning, they go back to the sky.

Imam al-Ghazali says in Makashifa al-Qulub: It was narrated on the authority of Hazrat Umar that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said: “Whoever survives (i.e. worships) the twenty-seventh night of the month of Ramadan until dawn, then he is dearer to me than the stay of Ramadan.”

Hadhrat Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that whoever woke up on Lailat-ul-Qadr and recited two rak’ahs during that night and asked Allah for forgiveness, Allah will forgive him and he entered into the mercy of Allah. If you put it, Gabriel will put it on your wing, and the one whom Hazrat Gabriel will put it on, he will enter Paradise.

Hazrat Aisha said that I asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that, O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! If I find out about Shab Qadr, what should I do in it? He said that read this prayer: “O Allah! You are forgiving. If you like to forgive, forgive me.”
