On May 9, PTI founder misleads people: Sharjeel Memon

Sindh Transport Minister Sharjeel Memon has said that on May 9, the founder of PTI misled the people.

In one of his statements, Sharjeel Memon has said that if a leader fools the people for his power, he should not be listened to. May 9 is the darkest day in the history of Pakistan. Buses and ambulances were set on fire in Karachi. Jinnah House was damaged.

The PPP leader said that the innocent children who were used by PTI founders are in jails, a lesson that any leader who encourages violence should not listen to.

Sharjeel Memon said that we are not in the federation, we are not stopping the government from working, PP will stand with us in whatever work is for the benefit of the country, Pakistan is now going on the right path.

He said that we are following the decisions made by the CEC, we will support the government in the work of the country’s benefit.

Besides, while talking to the media after inspecting the ongoing work on the Red Line project at Malir Halt in Karachi, Sharjeel Memon said that the caretaker government had slept with its eyes closed.

Sharjeel Memon said that the transport department is still working today, we have started work on Yellow Line BRT as well, some people are talking about disappointment and giving negative news on social media.

He said that the first priority of the government of the People’s Party is public welfare, work has started on the Red Line project, work is also going on on the underpass on Jinnah Avenue.

Sharjeel Memon added that transport is a big need of Karachi, you will see from our action that the government is serious, Red Line BRT is a big project, when the project started, the contractors were facing problems.

The leader of the People’s Party also said that the government’s job is to provide relief to the people, our effort is to ensure that the transport sector stands on its feet, our priority is to provide practical travel facilities to the citizens.
