Mayor Karachi’s letter to the Prime Minister, requesting to play a role in Karachi’s traffic problems

Karachi: Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab requested Prime Minister Shehbaz to play a role in improving traffic flow in the city and solving traffic problems including allowing heavy traffic on Lyari Expressway.

Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab, in a letter addressed to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, has requested to play a role in the traffic problems of Karachi, saying that the Green Line Bus Service project was to be completed by Sindh Infrastructure Company, from Exhibition Chowrangi to Municipal Park, Jamia Cloth Market. The traffic situation is very bad.

He pointed out that the bad situation and the problem of traffic flow is the incomplete track of the Green Line project, millions of people pass through MA Jinnah Road daily who are facing difficulties.

Mayor Karachi said that due to the ban on heavy traffic on the Lyari Expressway project, there are also problems in the inner city.

Murtaza Wahab said in the letter that the experts of Lyari Expressway said that heavy traffic can run on this project, so the Prime Minister is requested to allow the vehicles going to and coming from Karachi Port on Lyari Expressway.

He said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif that your interest and leadership skills changed Lahore and now the traffic problems in Karachi are also waiting for your attention.
