Petition of the Karachi Bar in the Supreme Court

Karachi Bar Association filed a petition in the Supreme Court on the letter of the judges of the Islamabad High Court.

A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of the Karachi Bar Association through Barrister Salahuddin on the issue of the letter of the judges of the Islamabad High Court.

The Federal Ministry of Law has been made a party in the petition, in which it has been said that the judges of the Islamabad High Court have written a letter to the Supreme Judicial Council regarding interference in the judiciary, and a commission should be formed on the issue of the judges’ letter.

In the petition of Karachi Bar Association, it has also been requested to declare the notification of the inquiry commission constituted by the government null and void.
