Karachi: The best symbolic XI of the 9th edition of HBL Pakistan Super League was selected.

Shadab Khan of the champion side Islamabad United has been appointed as the captain, 5 players of runner-up Multan Sultans, 3 of Islamabad United, 2 of Peshawar Zalmi and one player of Karachi Kings managed to make a place, this team was selected by Usman Wahla (Director International Cricket), the independent members included commentators Danny Morrison, Mark Butcher, Arooj Mumtaz and Tariq Saeed.

Under the captaincy of 25-year-old Shadab, Islamabad United won the third HBLPSL title, he was named the best player of the tournament for his all-round performance, he scored 305 runs in 12 matches and took 14 wickets.

Multan Sultans played their fourth final (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) on Monday night with 5 of their players included in the playing XI, Usman Khan (430 runs, 2 centuries, 2 fifties, strike rate 164.12), Chris Jordan ( 6 wickets, 8.42 economy rate) and David Valley (15 wickets, 7.46 economy rate) along with 2 local players Osama Mir and Iftikhar Ahmed.
