A 3-member bench headed by the Chief Justice disposed of 46 cases in 5 days

Significant progress has been made in the cases under hearing in the Supreme Court Karachi Registry.

A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa disposed of 46 cases in 5 days.

Most of the cases disposed of were pending in the Supreme Court for 15 years. From April 22 to 26, 49 cases were scheduled for hearing at the Supreme Court Registry.

These cases were civil, criminal, contract related to recruitment of employees and land.

The Chief Justice also ordered the end of encroachments outside buildings, on highways and footpaths.
