Rawalpindi: A prominent jurist and high court advocate has filed an application to register a case with the FIA ​​over the ongoing campaign against judges of the high court, which has also demanded action against government officials.

According to the details, an application has been made by Advocate High Court Raza Vidur to the Director General of FIA and the Director of Cyber ​​Crime Cell, in which it has been decided that for one week, the system, the higher judiciary and the judges have been defamed. Organized campaign is being conducted on social and national media.

A case should be registered against those who leaked data related to the judges of the Supreme Court and defamed them. The personal family information of the judges is regularly broadcast by providing it to the national media, and this information is only held by the FIA ​​or NADRA.

The petitioner expressed his apprehension that the officials of the said institutions may be involved in leaking the information, which is a cause of trouble and trouble for other lawyers including me.

The petitioner said that on the basis of this information, Vloggers and YouTubers are continuing the campaign against judges, in which the Supreme Court judge is also being targeted. Trust in the judges of the judiciary should be lost.

Raza Wadud Qureshi Advocate said that the bench and the bar are indispensable for the justice system, this heinous crime is unacceptable to me, so an FIR should be registered against all the involved elements and the government officials, officials who leaked the data of the judges should be arrested. Legal action should also be taken against.

The petitioner contended that it was impossible to access the data of the judges to YouTubers and Vloggers without the assistance of government officials, and by providing it, there has been an attempt to malign the reputation of the High Judiciary. All the accused should be investigated by filing an FR and the accused should be brought to justice.
