Tehreek-e-Insaf’s announcement of opposition to the proposed constitutional amendments for the appointment of judges

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) announced its opposition to the proposed constitutional amendments for the appointment of judges.

In a statement, the spokesperson of PTI responded to the proposed constitutional amendments on the appointment of judges and said that the institutions that are being destroyed, the amendments on the appointment of judges are a continuation of this tradition.

The PTI spokesperson further said that the government took every decision in the last 2 years, which weakens the institutions. Current rulers undermine the institution to push their unconstitutional agenda.

PTI spokesperson said that Tehreek-e-Insaaf will oppose these amendments in every legal and democratic way.

The spokesman said that Tehreek-e-Insaf will block the way of the proposed constitutional amendments for the appointment of judges in the parliament as well.
