Malik Imranullah Kakar, Talat Rehman, while independent candidates Niazi Aslam, Taleb Hussain, Nimatullah, Danish Murtaza, Syed Muhammad Shamir Hashmi, Maqbool Ahmed, Abdul Nasser and Wali Muhammad are included.

Taking into account the situation that has emerged after the nomination papers have been completed by the candidates, it is expected that Pashtun Khawmli Awami Party chief Mahmood Khan Achakzai and PTI’s former deputy speaker will be elected in this constituency. National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri will be contested, in the 2018 general elections, PTI’s former Deputy Speaker Qasim Khan Suri was elected from this constituency, while Nawabzada Haji Mir Lashkari Khan Raisani was the number one candidate, while the Pashtun Khawmli Awami Party was elected from this constituency. Chief Mahmood Khan Achakzai and former Speaker of Pakistan Muslim League (N) Balochistan Assembly Rahila Hameed Durrani were also in the field.

However, the credit of the success was given to PTI’s Qasim Khan Suri and he was a member of the National Assembly until he resigned as a member of the National Assembly. And now that the by-elections are going to be held in the constituency, Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Khan Raisani has submitted applications to the Speaker National Assembly, Chief Election Commissioner, Provincial Election Commissioner and Returning Officer against it, in which they are of the opinion that the election of the Balochistan High Court. The tribunal reconfirmed the votes of Constituency NO 265 Quetta based on the NADRA report and the NADRA report revealed that the results of two more polling stations in the constituency were also included where there were 2500 such votes. who were recast.

A number of votes were stamped twice while there were also votes that were stamped with fingerprints in addition to hands. The Supreme Court had approached the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court suspended the decision of the Election Tribunal in 2019, which has remained in place till today, and Qasim Suri remained a member of the National Assembly on the stay of the Supreme Court, and he did not resign on his own due to being a member of the National Assembly on the stay. They have also taken the stand in their applications that the case against the election tribunal’s decision on the constituency is pending, first the Supreme Court’s decision comes and then elections should be held in the constituency.

On the one hand, Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Raisani has been fighting a legal battle against the results of the constituency on relevant forums since the election results of 2018, and now that by-elections have been announced in the constituency, the constitution and the law have been challenged to stop this election. In this regard, the position of the Provincial Election Commissioner came out in the past few days that the constitutional petition of Nawabzada Haji Mir Lashkari Khan Raisani is being reviewed and the legal team is looking into the issue of injunction on NA 265 seat of the National Assembly.

On the other hand, the surprising thing is that Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Raisani is not participating in the by-elections himself, although after the announcement of the by-elections in the constituency, it was expected that he would not only be a candidate in the elections but also as a strong candidate. It was being seen.

The total number of voters in the constituency is 404,391, of which 226,435 are male voters while 177,865 are female. As it has been mentioned before that the Pashtun Khawmli Awami Party chief Mehmood Khan Achakzai and PTI’s former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri will compete in the constituency, but the situation has changed at that time. When Jamiat Ulema Islam announced the support of Mahmood Khan Achakzai, head of the Pashtun Khawamli Awami Party in the by-elections, after which the chances of victory of Mahmood Khan Achakzai, the head of the Pashtun Khawam Party, in the constituency have increased. N)’s candidate former Speaker National Assembly Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani also contested vigorously, however, political circles are giving importance to Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Khan Raisani’s request before the by-elections that if he succeeds in proving his stand. The situation may change in the constituency.
