New Delhi: In India, a wife beats up her husband by her brother because he promised her sister a gold ring and a TV on her wedding.
According to Indian media, in the state of Uttar Pradesh, the brother-in-law brutally beat his brother-in-law with a stick, which left him in a critical condition and was transferred to the hospital with serious injuries.
The doctors tried their best to save the said person but he could not survive. The deceased was identified as 35-year-old Chandra Prakash Mishra.
During the investigation, the police detained Chandra’s wife Chhabi, who said that Chandra Prakash had promised his sister, Meri Nand, a ring and a TV on her marriage.
According to Chhabi, she was very angry and complained to her brother, who tied up her brother-in-law and beat him with a stick. The police detained 5 in-laws including the brother-in-law.
